After sampling wort_head's delicious "Crap" beer, I had to make my own version. It's slightly different but same idea.

Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier™
Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier™
A tart, slightly phenolic character capable of producing distinctive witbiers and grand cru-style ales alike. Alcohol tolerant.
Notes
Yeast was blend of the belgian witbier listed above, the wyeast 1099 whitbread ale yeast, a bavarian lager that my friend cultured, & a trappist yeast that I cultured. where the teaspoon measurments are used, I used two hearty pinches... I figured teaspoons was a good estimate. For the cane sugar, I used organic demerara sugar & for the honey I used 8 oz orange blossom & 12 oz organic honey. The molasses were organic as well. Mash at 152 F for 90 minutes 60 minute boil, herbs added to the beginning of the boil.
