American Pale Ale • All Grain • 10 gal

wordup

This Pale ale has more malt character (and gravity) than is really stylistically accurate. It's supposed to. I feel like it's a touch more balanced for it. The first time it was brewed, it lacked enough bitterness to hang with the malt. This version has stepped up the 60min addition. It may require more IBUs, I'll leave that up to your palate. Cheers Word up
