  • 10.50 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • .25 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

    This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 35 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • White Labs WLP800 Pilsner Lager

    White Labs WLP800 Pilsner Lager

    Classic pilsner strain from the premier pilsner producer in the Czech Republic. Somewhat dry with a malty finish, this yeast is best suited for European pilsner production.

Notes

3gl boil cold water put grains in and bring to a boil. pull grains let drip and add 1oz casade boil for 35 minutes. Primary for 7-10 days-"secondary is not needed but will clear nice"Secondary for 7-10 days. Bottle for 7 days and enjoy this brew its a great party beer.
