Ingredients (All Grain, 5 gal)

Pilsner style malted barley grain.
- .5 lbs
Belgian Munich
Belgian Munich
Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.
- 2 oz
Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 45 min
Hallertau
Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

White Labs WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale
Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.
Notes
4gl boil "When you pull grains you are going to take alot of water with you about 1gl so you are going to have a 3gl boil" put grains in cold water and bring to 150* and hold for 50 minutes. Pull grains a nd bring to a boil and add 2oz hallertau boil for 45 minutes. Add 2oz hallertau and boil for 10 minutes. Primary for 10 days, secondary for 10 days, bottle for 10 days.

The name is from a dream I had as a little lad “if you get um’ drunk, they will come”. For a strong brew this is a sweet tasting, slightly bitter after taste they will please the most refine taste buds “that sexy lil’ thing at the bar…if you know what I mean” Enjoy and please let me know what you think if you brew the recipes, please feel free to look at my other recipes.
