    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1 lbs American Caramel 40°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • 1/2 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 20 min

    Fruitier and more flocculant than 1056, slightly nutty, soft, clean, slightly tart finish.

Notes

Mash at 155 deg F until conversion complete. Use gypsum as needed. Dry hopping and cold conditioning will only improve the clean crisp flavor of this ale, similar to Mirror Pond Pale Ale from Deschutes Brewing in Oregon.
