Needs some age to be drinkable

ray - This is an all grain recipe. The Malts listed are grains not extracts. taste - took along time to carbonate in the bottle. Also had a very grainy taste and was on the sweet side. After a couple months in the bottle it had a low carbonation level and the grainyness has mellowed some. It is drinkable now but not great. I'll give it a few more months to see if it improves.
