Mashed at 63-64ºC for about 6 hours. Batch sparged. og 1.054 Split batch with WLP Duvel yeast and yeast from a bottle of Orval. After Primary Orval half came out at 1.006 that's 6.5% ABV.

Really good hoppy version of a saison

I was really pleased with this. Turned out nice and dry with plenty of hop presence, but not too bitter. Well worth a go!
