Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • .25 lbs Acidulated Malt

    Acidulated Malt

High lactic acid. For lambics, sour mash beers, Irish stout, pilsners and wheats.

  • 0.7530 lbs Barley Flaked

  • 0.25 oz Target - 10.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

  • White Labs WLP004 Irish Stout

1. Do you have better results from flowers or pellets? 2. Now correct me if I am wrong but are not pellets more of a concentrated version? 3. I have been thiking of trying my hand at All grain recipes. Is there any variations in the process compared to extracs?

Paul, No I have not brewed this yet. Currently I have three that are in the secondary. I might try this one next. I could be a little bit. Brian
