Looks like this is going to turn out great. Just brewed today. Mashed at 149 for 60 min. Sparged with 170 water for 45 min .25 oz Bitter orange peel @ 15 min 1 tsp Corriander @ 15 min 1 tsp Irish moss @ 15 min .5 oz Bitter orange peel @ 2 min 3/4 tsp Corriander @ 2 min
