this is a variation of the traditional kolsh. I call it a KAB, kolshish american blonde. carpeted because I spilled a little of the grist on the floor and just scooped up what was on top. hence, carpeted KAB

very light and refreshing

I tapped the keg of this beer just the other day. very nice, pleasant brew. not too hoppy, with a nice maltiness. a very refreshing summertime brew.
