Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles
- 4 lbs
White Wheat Malt
White Wheat Malt
Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

Notes
Mash: Single Infusion, Target temp 150° 60 mins, Mashout 170°. Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity yeast is also used. Prmary 14 days at 65°, Secondary 28 days.
