American Brown Ale • All Grain • 5 gal
Nice flavor, developed a slight hint of licorice after aging. I will brew again with more hops added or use hops with more AA's

Maris Otter Pale
Maris Otter Pale
An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk. This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

Try 1.0oz Northern Brewer @ 60 min (boiling)plus fuggle as noted. Maybe dry hop?
