  • 1 lbs White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

Looks good, I would lose the biscut malt and use the White Labs WLP 575 Belgian Blend this yeast is best suited for blonds because of its less agressive Belgian charcter.
