21.25 lbs. of grain. Mash 5.3 gal of 178 oF water to rest at 158 oF. Sparge w/ 10 gal 180 oF water to yield 13.5 gal boil. reduce by 3.5 gal for (absorbtion,evaporation and sediment ) to produce 10 gal finished beer.
