Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 1 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • 6 lbs Belgian Pale

    Belgian Pale

    Fully modified and is easily converted.

  • 7 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • .9 lbs Candi Sugar Dark

    Candi Sugar Dark

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1 lbs Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 1.5 oz Styrian Goldings - 4.7 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

brewed on january 16th. secondary on 21 january @1.014 sg. Good flavor already.
