  • 16.00 lbs German 2-row Pils

  • 0.5 oz Warrior® - 13.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Warrior®

    New hop with much potential. Very stable.

  • 4.0 oz Saaz - 3.3 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 2.0 oz Saaz - 3.3 AA% whole; boiled 0 min

  • 1 tsp Irish Moss - (omitted from calculations)

    Pilsner lager yeast from Southern Czech Republic. Produces dry and crisp lagers, with low diacetyl production.

Notes

4.0 oz Saaz will be added evenly throughout boil, 30 minutes is an average time. 2.0 oz Saaz will be used for dry hopping (listed as 0 minutes in recipe).
