  • 6.5 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 3.5 lbs German Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 0.25 lbs Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 0.50 lbs Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 0.50 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 0.50 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen™

    Unique top-fermenting yeast which produces the unique and spicy weizen character, rich with clove, vanilla and banana. Best results are achieved when fermentations are held around 68F.

Notes

Banana/clove taste with the WYeast 3068. Shoot for primary fermentation between 70-75 degrees.
