Brewed this recipe 2.5 weeks ago but only 10 gallons. Force carbonated it and am enjoying it now. Do to lack of Northern Brewer Pellets I substituted them with Willamette Pellets. Didn't have the bite you'd expect from Northern but a great beer none the less. Will definitely brew again!

Have now brewed about 5 times using various hops. Latest batch I used Hallertauer Pellets at 60 and 30 and then finished with Horizon Pellets and was a huge hit at the family reunion. The batch now carbonating I used Sticklebract Whole Hops from New Zealand at 60 and 30 and finished with Liberty. Going in to the keg it was quite tasty and am looking forward to sampling soon.
