Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

White Labs WLP005 British Ale
White Labs WLP005 British Ale
This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.

fg ended up at .011 seems a little light for a russian,secondary ferm 17 days,nice head after 2 weeks @60*-65*,nice color ,light smoked chocolate flavor
