Made a yeast starter 3 days before brew. Doughed in 3 gallons for 132 degrees for 30 min. Added a gallon raising mash to 140 degrees 30 min. Added a gallon to raise temp to 154 degrees 30 min.

Ok... force carbonated at 13psi. It is a very good lager however it a little over the top on bitterness. It was worth the effort though. I love a good Pils.
Made it again

I changed the yeast to Czech Pils, everything else remainded the same. I just transfered to a secondary after two weeks. Will lager for another 3 weeks before kegging. P.S. the first keg went way too fast.
