  • 3 lbs Dry Light; Muntons

    Dry Light; Muntons

    Used as the base for a wide variety of styles of beers, including lager, pale ales, bitters, and export bitters. Contains no colored malts.

  • 2 lbs Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1/2 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.

Notes

Add the lemon peel with the aroma hops. I had it in the primary for 9 days, then it sat in the secondary for 11 days. It needed about three weeks to condition in the bottle. A friend and I made this batch to take with us to the beach. 'Initial testing' shows that it turned out rather well, so I thought I'd share it. Enjoy!
