  • 5 13/16 lbs Belgian Pale

  • 7/8 lbs Rye Malt

  • 1 3/8 lbs Belgian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • 1 9/16 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 6 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 6 lbs Light; John Bull
