I placed the carboy in a barrel to cold condition it. Used ice to bring temp down. I really came out good. Crystal clear.

  • 9.75 lbs English 2-row Pils

    English 2-row Pils

    Pilsner base malt.

  • 1.00 lbs English Wheat Malt

    English Wheat Malt

    Light flavor, creamy head. For wheat beers, stouts, doppelbocks and alt beers.

  • 1.2 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Hallertauer Hersbrucker

    Mild to strong. 'Noble'.

  • 0.25 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 0.25 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Styrian Goldings

    Mild, pleasant.

  • 0.50 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Hallertau

  • Wyeast 2565 Kolsch

    Wyeast 2565 Kolsch
