Much Better - On the Right Track

2007-01-07 11:54am

This time the beer is more malty with a sweeter finish. Hops are present but not overwhelming, as per the style. See the finished brewblog at http://brewlog.zkdigital.com/index.php?page=brewBlogDetail&id=61. This is one of my favorites for its easy-drinking, session qualities. I think there's some room for improvement in malt/hop balance, but overall, a good beer to kick your arse.
