My attempt at the classic. I's in the secondary now and I'll add more when it's done.

Ingredients (All Grain, 5 gal)
- 14.37 lbs
Belgian Pils

Pilsner style malted barley grain.
- 0.15 lbs
American Caramel 10°L
American Caramel 10°L
This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.
- 0.50 lbs
Corn Sugar
Corn Sugar
Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.
- 0.7 oz
Brewers Gold - 9.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Sibling of and similar to Bullion only maturing earlier and more disease resistant. English/wild Canadian cross. Pungent English character. very poor

Actually came out pretty tasty. Not saying it really worked as a Duvel clone but I think it was a good BGSA. Unfortunately we had a party and the keg emptied very quickly...

Came out pretty tasty.

First try at this came out very nice. Not sure how close it was to Duvel because my wife threw a suprise b-day party for me and it disappeared quickly. (My friend's got pretty rocked on the 8% beer...) Next attempt is in the keg and hoperfully clearing by now. Seemed to taste ok going in.
