A basic american wheat beer. Going to add 4 lbs of fresh blackberries to 5 gallons during the secondary.

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

    Hefe-Weizen, Pale Ale, Golden Ale, Oktoberfest Beer, Nourishing Beer, Maibock , Schankbier, Light Beer, alcohol-reduced Beer , non-alcoholic Beer

  • 3 oz Perle - 8.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

My friends enjoyed the beer and had no probably drinking it. I thought it was a little on the tart side. Next time i am going to tweak the recipe.
