    Earthy, rich smoke flavor

  • 2 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 2 lbs American Caramel 120°L

    American Caramel 120°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contribures to foam retention and beer stability. Gives a pronounced to sharp caramel flavor and a deep red color.

  • 2 oz Mt. Hood - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Used mainly for aroma and flavor in American and German style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant, light, and clean.

nice stout strong smoke and coffee chocolate flavor with a grainy after taste...raking to secondary had strong smoke smell like a fireplace..after bottling the smoke even out with the rest of the flavors...alcohol content is 7% my Original Gravity was 1.065 i did substitute the German smoked with Peat Smoked Malt...my brew shop didnt have german smoke thanks for the recipe RUBBERHEAD
