Robust flavor yeast with moderate to high alcohol tolerance. Fruity nose and palate, dry, tart finish.
Notes
Step mash for 30mins each @ 122F, 148F and 158F. After transferring to secondary, allow any residual fermentation to complete and then lager between 34F - 38F for 1 - 2 months to clarify. If bottling, prime with 1 cup corn sugar per 5 gallons.
