  • 8 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color(Red Ale)

  • 1 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 0.5 lbs American Caramel 40°L

    American Caramel 40°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • 0.5 lbs American Munich

    American Munich

    Munich Dunkels. Adds color/nutty flavor. Sometimes called Aromatic.

  • 0.33 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 0.30 oz Magnum - 14.5 AA% pellets; boiled 50 min

Notes

Single Infustion Mash at 153F for 60 min. Irish Moss last 10 min. Add frozen raspberries to secondary fermentor.
