English IPA • All Grain • 36 L
Amazing historical IPA, masses of hops mean this needs aging to come into a drinkable state, but it's well worth the wait!!

Maris Otter Pale
Maris Otter Pale
An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk. This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

after 2 years this beer is still getting better. The bitterness has receded but it is still full of hop aromatics. I've got to make this again.
