  • 10 lbs Munich Malt

    Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 2 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1 oz Nugget - 10.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Nugget

    This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.

  • White Labs WLP001 California Ale

    White Labs WLP001 California Ale

    This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.

It tasted quite dull, yet I could taste the honey, so I added citric acid. Maybe a bit too much? It's got quite the alcoholic burn, too.
