Dark Strong secondary fermented on Cherries

2008-09-06 10:46am

Secondary fermented this on 10 lbs of Cherries. Didn't realize on of the 5 lb containers was sweetened with table sugar to after I had done it. The sugar in the secondary made the beer very thin.
