  • 1 lbs Belgian Biscuit

steam the pumpkin to 152' and add to the mash. add cinn stick last 30 min of boil. add spices last 15 min of boil. add 1tsp irish moss last 15 min of boil Dry spice in secondary: 1.5 tsp cinn chips 3/4 tsp grnd nutmeg 1/2 tsp grnd mace 1/8 tsp grnd clove 3/4 tsp sliced ginger root boil 1 cup of water, add spices steep 10 min and add to secondary.
