I added an additional 1.5 oz of Cascade hops at 10 minutes in the boil. Also added Irish Moss to clarify.

    Munich Dunkels. Adds color/nutty flavor. Sometimes called Aromatic.

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • .5 oz Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
