Notes

Toast .5 pound Munich in oven at 350 till golden brown and the kitchen smells like cookies. Dry hop w/ 1oz Simcoe in Keg or secondary fermenter. Love that Simcoe. Actually Simcoe is defining American IPA right now. May sub 7# light extract for 8# of 2-row.
