Pilsner style malted barley grain.

American Munich

Munich Dunkels. Adds color/nutty flavor. Sometimes called Aromatic.

This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

Northern Brewer - 9.3 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
Northern Brewer
Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

Mt. Hood
Used mainly for aroma and flavor in American and German style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant, light, and clean.

This one rivals my bitburger recipe. It is still young in the bottle but I popped a top two days ago and this recipe is a keeper.
