  • .5 lbs Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 7 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 2 lbs American Vienna

    American Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • .5 lbs White Wheat Malt

    White Wheat Malt

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • 1.8 lbs Corn Grits

    Corn Grits

    Imparts a corn/grain taste. Use in American lagers.

  • .75 oz Cluster - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Used for bittering and flavor qualities in light and dark American lagers. Aroma is very floral.

    Low concentrations of fruity and estery aromas. Neutral for Ale yeast, allowing for malty profile.
