    Cascade

Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

    Admiral

Admiral hops are known for their high acid content, delivering a bold yet smooth bitterness. They showcase notes of orange citrus and herbal undertones, making them an excellent choice for crafting more bitter Pale Ales and ESBs.

  • White Labs WLP013 London Ale

    White Labs WLP013 London Ale

Dry, malty ale yeast. Provides a complex, oakey ester character to your beer. Hop bitterness comes through well. This yeast is well suited for classic British pale ales, bitters, and stouts. Does not flocculate as much as WLP002 and WLP005.

Notes

Mash at 69c. 20 min hops are fwh, admiral is actually amarillo. Dry hopped with 5g each of amarillo, cascade, simcoe, hallertau, NZ pacific gem.
