Produces a malty, bready, nutty character with a pleasant honey like finish. This yeast emphasizes malt nuances and is very forgiving in warmer fermentation conditions.
Notes
1 oz Blue Lotus boiled 30 min 1 oz Blue Lotus boiled 15 min BrewTek yeast is generally unavailable, though I found a specialty yeast site that sells plates of it. Feel free to use another Canadian ale yeast (or any other yeast for that matter).

The blue lotus petals impart an odd flavor to the beer. I am adding 2 lbs of organic rasberries to the 2ndary to balance out the taste.
