Fruitier and more flocculant than 1056, slightly nutty, soft, clean, slightly tart finish.

Notes

Add 2 cinnamon sticks 45 minutes into primary boil with yeast nutrient and Irish moss. FYI, I used White Labs Ca Ale Yeast, and so far, it's rippin! Pitched at 74, OG 1.072. Although my OG and Color are higher than traditional Pale Ale, I wanted a nice Red color, hence the 80L, and the high gravity was kicked up a little with additional extract and honey. Should be great red ale with a nice balanced flavor and a big kick!

I am fermenting this now. It tastes like those fireball candies. My wife will love it.
