  • 10 lbs English 2-row Pils

    English 2-row Pils

    Pilsner base malt.

  • .125 lbs Peat Smoked Malt

FINALLY bottled 11OCT06. It was 1.008. That's 7.5%. Not TECHnically a "--wine" style, but good enough considering all the "Oopses". LOL
