Notes
Yeast in 1 gal starter, stored from previous batch. Mash: 1) 31 qts 158F water-> 142F rest 2)decoction: 4 gal mash to 158F 25 min then boil & back to main. 3)If Main~150F: add 6qts boiling If Main~142: add 11qts boiling Perle hops=1 oz perle, 2 oz sterlings.
