Defibrillator
Doppelbock • All Grain • 23 L
My first and this far only doppelbock. Very satisfied my self indeed. Applauded by beer loving friends. Rich, malty and strong. This lil' devil of a beer will kick start the coldest of hearts! Will be brewed again! Unfiltered and force carbonated. Next time i might use natural carbonation with DME.
