    Cascade

Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • .5 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.
