Add about 3/4 cup of lactose towards the end of the boil.....This beer gets really good with age...try 6-8 months....also nitrogen is a good way to make this beer wonderful.

Greeeeaaaaatttt Beer,... but needs time to age...six months or more should do.....yum yum!
