Sweet Stout • All Grain • 6 gal
Has yet to be brewed, pretty much a template for the first all-grain batch a buddy & I are planning on whipping up in a couple weeks.

My friend called me up the other night to tell me he finally cracked one open & said it is the best stout he's ever had. I'll be up to visit in a couple weeks to finally try this. Sounds like we have a winner! * 1 lb of honey was added to the secondary.
These things are friggin' killer!!!!

We just did basic a single infusion mash at 152 F for 90 min. Nothing fancy.
