Notes

My first Wheat Beer. Next time I think I will use a wheat beer yeast instead of the American. This beer lacks the banana / clove flavor I usually attribute to wheat beers, but it is sweet and tastes pretty good. I used it as a base for a Kiwi fruit beer last week.
