Baby bitter

Baby bitter

Standard/Ordinary Bitter • All Grain • 20 L

Mark

I have made a few low gravity bitters, and this is VERY good!. I am drinking this about 10 days after brewing, and it is very smooth, and you can have four or five without feeling too smashed!. Perfect for hot summer days!

  • 2.5 kg Maris Otter Pale

    Maris Otter Pale

An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk. This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

  • .3 kg White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

  • 55 g Challenger - 6.6 AA% pellets; boiled 25 min

    Challenger

Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • White Labs WLP017 Whitbread Ale

    White Labs WLP017 Whitbread Ale

Traditional mixed yeast culture. British style character, slightly fruity, with a hint of sulfur production. This yeast can be used for many different beer styles.
