  • 8.9 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.3 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 0.2 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 0.5 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 0.6 lbs American Black Patent

    Provides color and sharp flavor in stouts and porters.

Super Bowl favorite!

I've made this beer twice and both have turned out excellently. I took this kegged beer to a Super Bowl party and now the attendees consistently hope that this is the beer I bring for the occasion.
