  • 8.0 lbs German 2-row Pils

    German 2-row Pils

  • 1.0 lbs Barley Flaked

    Barley Flaked

    Helps head retention, imparts creamy smoothness. For porters and stouts.

  • 1.5 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 1.0 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • .5 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 20 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

Not a bad example of North German Pils, but I have brewed differant recipes that were more on target for what I was trying for.
